Calendar Hub
Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Calendar Hub ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the Calendar Hub app and related services.
Calendar Hub provides a unified view of your connected calendars and tasks, including Google Calendar, Apple/iCloud feed imports, Canvas feed imports, and local tasks/events you create in the app.
1. Data We Collect
- Account and identity data, such as your sign-in email and profile details made available by your authentication provider.
- Calendar connection data, such as connected provider type and metadata needed to keep your calendar sources linked.
- OAuth tokens for connected calendar providers, when needed to keep sync working without requiring you to reconnect on every visit.
- Event and task data that you import, sync, or create, including title, time range, notes, and source metadata.
- Operational logs and technical data needed to run, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
2. How We Use Data
- Provide and operate the Calendar Hub features you request.
- Sync and display your connected events and tasks inside your dashboard.
- Maintain account security, prevent abuse, and debug service issues.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Google User Data
If you connect Google Calendar, we access Google user data only as needed to provide requested calendar functionality. We do not sell Google user data.
We use Google user data to read, sync, and display relevant calendar information in your account. We do not use this data for advertising.
If you authorize offline access, we may store Google OAuth tokens so Calendar Hub can refresh calendar sync access after the initial sign-in session expires.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in the following situations:
- With infrastructure and hosting providers acting on our behalf to run the service.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- In connection with a business transfer, merger, or acquisition.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may remove connected sources and delete tasks/events from within the app. If you delete your account, associated data is deleted or de-identified as required by applicable law.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable security practices.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You may also disconnect external calendar providers at any time.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last updated date on this page.
